Apple doesn't like HTC , not one bit.
In fact, Apple recently filed a lawsuit against the Taiwan-based company, alleging that it has infringed 20 iPhone-related patents.
This has already been discussed to death, but it gives us an opportunity to look at some of Apple's other forays into the world of lawsuits.

Just a few hours ago, Google launched their Google App Marketplace with over 50 vendors ready to serve up a host of applications that integrate directly with Google services.
A bold move for sure, but one that may have a larger impact on Android than at first glance.
Obviously the App Marketplace targets the small to medium sized business model.

Apple has notified developers that it is ready to take submissions for iPad applications to be sold on its own App Store.
Developers were informed that if they want to have their app run through the approval process and ready for the April 3 launch day, they must get their app in by 5 pm PDT, March 27.
Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) made it clear that only apps submitted for the initial review will be considered for the grand opening of the iPad App Store.
